Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to manage the data centre and ensure its smooth functioning. S/he will be the single point of contact for Server Management Escalations and the primary responsibility would include Risk Analysis and Service Improvement Plan closures. The person will also be responsible for SLA and Process adherence.
