Key Responsibilities
• Skills in effective execution, including managing multiple complex activities and high-level client relationships are imperative
• Effective interpersonal skills with expertise in subject matters and a “calm under pressure” approach and style
• Structure, organize, and synthesize information to develop key insights at company/industry level
• Gather financial, industry-specific market and business information, using internal and external research resources such as industry journals, analyst reports as well as information databases
The Selected candidate should be:
• Post Graduate in Business Management with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Commerce preferred
• Minimum 7 years experience in Consulting, Business Research, Equity Research and Strategy Management preferably in metal & mining sector.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to mentor and lead a team of analysts and associate analysts
• Superior report writing, presentation and communication skills are absolute requirements
