Responsibilities
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for a full 360 recruitment role. You will speak with existing clients and manage existing business as well as continually developing relationships with new Clients to maximise opportunities for the live candidates that you are also dealing with.
You will be a confident communicator and have lots of opportunities to attend corporate hospitality events with clients.
The role is very fast paced but very rewarding and you will need to have an ability to name gather and approach potential candidates regarding opportunities.

You will already be a successful perm recruiter and have an excellent track record of success.
Experience within Retail and / or Retail recruitment would be preferred however other professional sector backgrounds will also be considered
Headhunting / Exec search background would be very advantageous
A quick thinker who thinks outside the box
Excellent sales ability and confident communicator with people on all levels
