Background
Responsibilities
1. Minimum Qualifications:



Minimum 8-12 years relevant work experience in SAP BASIS Functional Areas
1-3 complete life-cycle BASIS ERP implementation/upgrade experience with recent versions of SAP BASIS (includes design, configuration, testing and go-live/support)
Knowledge and exposure to latest versions of SAP BASIS
Certification in SAP BASIS.
Personal Skills
a. Demonstrated positive interpersonal skills

b. Ability to lead teams efficiently

c. Good project management skills

d. Good Communication Skills to Co-ordinate with the Client and Offshore team and to Document at every step of the Project.

e. Work plan and timeline management



2. Job Description :



Duties and responsibilities would involve –

Interfacing with client team
Requirement Gathering and creating Business Process Maps
Business Impact analysis
Develop Conceptual design and detailed design along with design review
Preparing for End User Training
Execute a Gap analysis and identify any need for Customization
Configuration of instances and Settings
Creation of Test Plans and Testing
Offshore communication
a. Communicate any customization requirements to Offshore

b. Co-ordinate and issue resolution with offshore

Reviewing code and documents developed
Test any Customized code before final Delivery.
