Responsibilities
Our client is looking for senior SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) consultant with experience in asset intensive industries such as transport and utilities.

The role requires excellent client facing skills, with the ability to engage at all levels with our client base and prospective customers in this sector.

The candidate should have significant asset/maintenance management experience coupled with strong hands-on SAP project implementation experience. The candidate should have experience of developing and promoting a roadmap for change in an organisation, underpinned by an associated systems deployment.

The successful candidate is likely to be educated to degree level; have at least 3 years business consulting experience, with relevant experience in industry, pre-sales or consulting roles. The candidate should have an excellent consulting acumen, and an ability to develop a “trusted advisor” relationship with clients.

The role is a combination of pre-sales and delivery, and as such the consultant will:

• Work with prospective and existing customers to understand their business drivers, and to put forward innovative solutions

• Lead the implementation of SAP EAM solutions on customer sitesExperience & QualificationsEssential:
• consulting experience in asset intensive industries
• SAP Enterprise Asset Management experience, including knowledge and experience of at least 4 of the following SAP components:
o Plant Maintenance
o Customer Service
o Project Systems
o xRPM
o Flexible Real Estate
o Mobile Asset Management
• Knowledge of related modules including procurement and financial and management accounting
• a vision for how ERP solutions can be deployed to deliver customer benefit
• strong client facing skills, and ability to work at senior levels within customer organisations
• strong facilitation skills

Desirable:
• Knowledge and experience of integrating with third party applications such as mobile working, scheduling project planning, GIS, CAD, Document Management and TMA systems
