Responsibilities
The incumbent will be part of the solution design team. The role is envisaged to provide expertise in the area of Banking and Capital Markets and will have the following responsibilities
• Help the Sales team in client meetings
• Conduct client workshops, solution walkthroughs and participate in yellow pad sessions
• Understand the client needs and leverage the available resources internal to the organisationto build the right solution
• Receive all RFI/RFP from clients work on them to creating winning proposals
• Prepare the process design and process maps
• Assist with the implementation
• Program manage On-site Transitions with the designated Transition Manager and Head SDI (might be required)
• Provide market input and domain related developments to offshore SDI team
• Help sell solutions proactively
• Generate and communicate Thought Leadership
• Provide oversight to Discovery projects
• Own the horizontal sales and deal margin target and assist Sales team to achieve and exceed horizontal sales targets
• Ensure an appropriate focus on tools and methodologies relevant to the current and future business needs of the organisation
• Anchor site visits by clients like due diligence visits, post contract visits so that the appropriate brand image and value of the organisation is conveyed to the clients
