Job Description
Managing Sales Productivity of the Unified S&D Sales team for the Region through Sales Activity Management MIS, Sales Performance Tracking & Management of backend CPA Sales Processing
Dimensions of the Job
Responsible for Managing and Tracking Sales Enablers to enhance Productivity of the Sales Team, Owner of all Sales MIS for the region and working with the Sales Effectiveness and Administration Head to manage Sales Processing
* Responsible for increasing Sales Productivity through introduction of Sales management tools such as an effective Lead Management System, creation and roll-out of a Sales Activity / Management interface for the Unified S&D team
* Tracking of Sales Performances for multiple products and RM scorecards. Reporting and Tracking of Unified Sales Metrics- Sales MIS across all products
* Managing Back-end Sales Processing CPA to ensure compliance and integrity of Sales Process as well as owning the Cross Sell / Up Sell of multiple products at these processing hubs
* Responsible for working alongside Decision Management for LMS calling on relevant target segments / product based data to ensure efficient calling / data farming; as well as coordinating the Lead management workflow for external databases from Sales Events and ensuring integrity of data, DND Scrubbing, etc.
* Responsible for Re-engineering and enhancement of Sales processes
