Responsibilities
Drive productivity of sales through a team of ASMs. Drive revenue penetration on the accounts sourced upto M+3 ( Upto third month of acquiring)
Develop cross channels - phone, other businesses, Batman-robin,service to enhance sourcing productivity

Recruit, Train, Motivate and Drive a team of 6-7 ASMs to source new to bank liability customers for branch banking business.
Organize and manage niche events to source high end customers
Source high end NTB commercial banking customers
