Job Description
The Senior Manager of Human Resources is responsible for executing HR Strategy and be responsible for day to day operations for the defined HR functional areas i.e. Talent Management, HR Service Delivery, Employee Engagement etc
Retention Management
Making sure all the HR policies are followed
HR Compliance (Statuary requirement)
Performance Management
Issue resolutions (Monetary/Non-Monetary)
Talent Development
Customer satisfaction (Internal Customer
Executing strategy for the defined functional areas.
Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects
Monitoring, measuring and reporting on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
Managing and developing direct reporting staff
Contributing to the evaluation and development of HR strategy
Integrating & implementing best HR practices.
Evaluating areas of competitive advantage through the development of Human Resources and Organization Culture building.
Conceptualizing programs and practices to enhance Employee Engagement & mitigate attrition.
Driving Performance Management.
