Responsibilities
Our client's SAP Practice is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll consultant to work as part of implementation project teams delivering SAP based solutions to our customers.
The role will involve:
-Team leading;
-Design, configuration and testing of SAP.
Key Accountabilities:
-To liaise with the client’s staff, in order to understand and capture requirements;
-To understand and implement project deliverables, communicating progress and other issues;
-To produce the assigned deliverables and to test them ensuring that they meet customer requirements.
- To mentor less experienced staff and develop their knowledge of SAP.Experience & QualificationsEssential Experience:
-4 years SAP Payroll experience or at least 3 full Life Cycle Projects;
-Expertise in Payroll schemes and rules;
-Comprehensive understanding of Payroll business processes;
-A working knowledge of SAP Time Management and Personnel Administration modules ;
-SAP design and configuration experience;
-Understanding of the SAP Project Lifecycle;
-Project role as either consultant or internal consultant;
Desirable Experience:
-Working knowledge of other related HR modules e.g OM, benefits admin;
-Working knowledge of other related SAP modules e.g. CATS, Travel Management;
-Working knowledge of HR business processes;
-Team leading;
-ASAP methodology;
-Delivery of SAP in a commercial environment;
-Experience of Energy and Utilities or Local Government Sectors.
