Background
Responsibilities
Design and Provide L3 level support on AD, DNS, Exchange, BES, Monitoring and Reporting • Provide solution on active directory designing and planning • Support day-to-day aspects of the level 2 and level 3 calls of Messaging and AD during business hours • Meet the SLA and QOS level • Co-ordinate with other teams
