Responsibilities
Role and Responsibility
- Editing financial research reports (equity research, fixed income analysis, macroeconomic analysis, industry trends and forecasts, etc.)
- Guiding a team of 40 odd analysts and junior editor/s in structuring stock valuation reports, company profiles, industry commentaries, and economy updates and analyses, etc.
- Customisation of research reports as per clients' requirements
- Preparing Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) and templates along with team leaders for critical projects
- Writing for and editing a monthly trade journal published by an international trade organisation
- Maintaining a log of errors to quantify and rectify the recurring mistakes committed by the writers and to self-assess and improve the performance of the editing department
- Preparing contents for corporate communications and marketing materials such as brochures, pitch-books, etc.
- Preparing training materials, style books and guidelines to help the analysts improve their command over the language and report writing skills
- Publishing a house journal
Experience Required: 6+ years of relevant work experience in Domestic Stock Broking Companies.
