Our work is project-based, and a normal project could range from 2 weeks to 3 months with any number of people working on it, depending on the size. We charge for our time, not per placement so deadlines are important and structured working and good time management is essential
Job Description:
You will be expected to:
Use internet and telephone sourcing skills
Approach and engage with selected individuals
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients
Prepare and organize comprehensive reports to be delivered to clients
Manage time efficiently to achieve deadlines
Work efficiently with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Creatively solve obstacles and problems
Bilingual required ( Spanish /English )
Portuguese Preferred
About you:
You must be professional and a team player who is willing to pitch in where necessary but who is also capable of managing your own time and keeping to tight deadlines. You have excellent communication skills, both written and on the phone, and like to problem solve in creative ways. You are good at internet research and general computer skills.
Working here is fast paced and very interesting and you will quickly learn about new sectors and jobs. It is essential that you are willing to work in new areas and learn about them from others in the team, both in Miami and internationally.
Desired skills and experience:
Excellent communication skills via email, phone, face-to-face
Experience with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Experience with client relationship management
Strong attention to detail
Creative problem solver; able to think outside-the-box
Skilled with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter)
Independently motivated to complete deadline-based projects
Works well in a team environment and able to collaborate well with others
Native or near-native English skills - required
Spanish or Portuguese language skills beneficial
