Responsibilities
Manage the full candidate life cycle process including
Head-hunting/sourcing,
Identification / Skill set mapping,
Scheduling interviews,
Technical screening etc
Experience in Working with Direct Clients
Understanding of technologies in IT domain

Exposure to India/US/UK recruitment
Good / Excellent Communication skills.
Good understanding of Sourcing from job boards (Ability to write Boolean strings would be necessary)
Ability to work and perform in Team environment
