• Distribute morning reports to employees

• Back-up trade processing manager finalizing trades in the morning job stream

• Assist trade processing manager in the confirm/affirm process
- Reconcile Confirms on Omgeo Tradesuite versus our trade blotter
- Affirm/Reject accordingly and tell wrong party to correct

• Reconcile trade information from custodians to run trade discrepancy reports.
-State Street/BNY Mellon/JPMorgan/NTRS/GSCO

• Assist trade processing manager with D.K./failing trades

• Distribute afternoon reports to employees

• Maintain “Streetnames” spreadsheet in Excel

• Maintain and distribute monthly Affirmation Rate Information report

• Maintain daily non-NASDAQ or Private Placement securities pricing

- Receive bids every day after 4pm (to insure accurate bid’s) from brokers, Pink Sheets, and Bloomberg
- Input bids into our PP Pricing system
- Print out bid price daily changes and send them to custodian banks by e-mail. Monthly bids are sent to other custodians as requested.
- On Friday all private placement prices are reset and re-entered into our system to determine the weekly % changes on non-NASDAQ bids

• Assist trade processing manager in end-of-day processing and trade transmission to custodian banks
- Monitor Broker stock loan exposure report for collateral over 102%
- Import/process trading desk tickets
- Address compliance issues, troubleshoot oversells
- Send trades to custodian banks by swift, fax or web
- enter portfolio crosses
- Generate Omgeo Oasys file to transmit foreign trade allocations to brokers
