Responsibilities
The incumbent shall lead the development of compelling strategic proposals and design of solutions for a specific business unit. The responsibility will be to manage the entire Bid Management process and provide thought leadership and sales support to onshore sales team. This would include:

• Lead manage a core corporate team to respond to qualified RFI/ RFPs or other expressions of interest from development of initial interest through proposition delivery and client acquisition for all business units of the company.
• Development of the win strategy and value proposition in consultation with the leadership team of the verticals. Design and implementation of follow up strategy
• Develop the strategy for entry into new industries, geographies or processes
• Partner with the company's sales leads and senior management team to improve win ratio
• Competitive analysis and positioning of the company's offerings and services.
• Identification and management of costs to sell
• Sponsor all Bid Management Responses.

The ideal candidate should be:
• An MBA from premier school with at-least 8 years of experience.
• Proven track record of defining and leading Business Development Initiatives.
• Needs to have good exp. in Project Management and customized Solutions for knowledge Management Processes.
