Responsibilities
Profile:

Should have prior experience in Web Based Business Application development.
Should have proven experience in mapping functional requirements to technical specs
Should have a good understanding of software patterns applicable in each technical domain
Should provide code documented as per standards and any additional usage/technical design documentation
Understands and delivers code as per modern testing standards.

Required Skill Set:
High level of skill expected in the following areas:

Strong knowledge of J2EE architecture.
Knowledge of JBOSS required
Working knowledge of Core Java, JDBC
Java Enterprise technologies (JSP, Servlets, EJBs, JMS)

Medium level of skill in the following areas:

Web Security, Authentication, Authorization
Server side patterns for AJAX, XML, JSON driven web applications
Localization, logging and other cross cutting aspects of web applications

Added Advantage:

Knowledge of Web Services
Performance monitoring tools like Jmeter etc.

Desired Profile

B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech from a reputed institute with excellent academic record and should have relevant IT industry experience of 1 to 4 years
